1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpeechBro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpeechBro provides a free, web-based interface for generating audio from text using artificial intelligence technologies. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. User Conduct & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content (text) you submit to be synthesized. You agree NOT to use the Service to generate:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
  • Deepfakes intended to deceive or mislead.
  • Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Any content that is illegal under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to ban users (via IP address) who abuse the service or violate these guidelines.

4. Availability and "As Is" Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: SpeechBro relies on third-party synthesis engines and public APIs to function. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, nor do we guarantee the continued availability of any specific voice, language, or feature.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. You agree that SpeechBro shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you input. Regarding the generated audio, we grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the audio for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying third-party technology providers.

Our Rights: The design, code, and architecture of the SpeechBro website are owned by us. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeechBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpeechBro and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any content you generate using the tool.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
